Teleco launches SterilAir Pro: clean, odour-free air in camper vans
Teleco's world preview of SterilAir Pro at Caravan Salon 2025 in Düsseldorf: the first integrated air sanitisation and deodorisation system for recreational vehicles
Lugo di Ravenna (30 August 2025) – At Düsseldorf Caravan Salon, Teleco will unveil SterilAir Pro, an absolute innovation in the sector of air conditioning for campers and caravans: an integrated sterilisation and odour control system based on UVA technology, available as an optional combination with the new Ultra Comfort air conditioner.
With a European patent pending, SterilAir Pro is a breakthrough in the world of on-board air quality control. Not only does it eliminate 99% of air-borne bacteria and viruses, but it also effectively neutralises organic odours - including from pets, kitchens or bathrooms - significantly improving living comfort.

The technological heart of the system consists of four porous ceramic tiles coated with titanium dioxide, activated by UVA LEDs. This configuration triggers a photocatalysis process, which continuously sanitises the air, while being maintenance free. Installed directly inside the air conditioner ventilation system, SterilAir Pro treats 100% of the air flow (up to 360 m³/hour), ensuring a clean, healthy and fragrant indoor environment in any operating mode: cooling, heating or plain ventilation.
Unlike other systems, such as ozone-based ones, SterilAir Pro is completely safe for humans and can operate with occupants in the vehicle. At the time of purchase, each customer will be able to choose whether to install the standard version of Ultra Comfort or the one equipped with SterilAir Pro.
The new Ultra Comfort 8000, an enhanced evolution of the popular 6000 model, will be previewed at the Teleco booth together with SterilAir Pro.
